DESCRIPTION:On behalf of  the Cheshire & Merseyside Practice Development Team\, HCP Ed-UK are delighted to invite all qualified Healthcare Professionals working in and supporting Primary Care in Cheshire West to join us for an engaging and informative afternoon on Tuesday\, 9th September. \n\n\n\nDoors open from 12.30pm with registration\, a light lunch\, and the opportunity to explore our exhibition. From 1.30pm\, we’ll kick off with a welcome and introduction\, followed by a series of expert-led sessions covering key clinical topics\, including Respiratory\, Renal\, Weight Management\, Diabetes\, Liver Disease and Haematology. \n\n\n\nWe look forward to a valuable afternoon of learning\, discussion\, and networking\, concluding at 5.00pm.
